Because you do so many houses per year, have you gotten hit with the “dealer tax”? or do you just have to pay the regular income tax as if you were working at a normal job?

The first time I tried this was a lease option in the Pocono Mountains, Pa. It blew up in my face also because I never did a title search until after I signed the lease. The seller owed out crazy amounts of money and had liens on the house. I was greener than green veggies! LOL I bought the Carlton Sheets course many years ago and let it sit around for 5 years before I looked at it. After doing much research, I’m ready to get back in the real estate game again. how did you find your buyers?
I bought a course for $400 and bought 50 bandit signs for $250 – which I over paid for those signs but my first deal was for $2500 within 30 days of that purchase, DO THE MATH… I was able to find a better deal on bandit signs thru another company
